Time to Report

Hi Family
I understand you all have been busy this week, but I'm hoping for some serious reporting soon. Reuben, how was the first week of school? Rachel, did you start a 4-day work week yet? Katie, did you get that stuff straightened out with your principal? Sam, did you have a great Birthday? -- got any plans for your Birthday $$? Mattie, I heard from you but the rest of the family wants to see your apartment. You are the photojournalist in the family--photojournalize! (making up long words is an acceptable practice when you have German heritage). Ben and Ashley going to Breckenridge without us... good for you. Have fun and take photos of cool stuff I would like. If that guy with the red pottery is there take his photo just to tease him!

Wedding pictures

I thought I would put on some pictures from Prinsburg while I have the chance.

Ben Lost this fight.

Mattie danced with a boy, and none of her brothers had any threating objects to scare him away.

Ben at the wedding...still trying to catch up on his 2 hours of sleep in 36 hours.

Welcome to our new home....

....where our shower takes up about 4% of our total living space. The place is roughly 400 square feet. It doesn't seem like much, but when you get everything in there, it really doesn't feel too bad anymore.

Here is our bathroom as seen from the shower door. You have to shoot at an angle. But it is nice to lean against the sink when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.















Here is our closet and door to the bathroom.














Here is our bedroom. Grandpa made us a fantastic bed. We will have to put a picture of that up later.














Here is the hall to our Kitchen and to the door through the car hold. We get to park our cart there in the winter. That is awesome news for Kate, but I will be walking to school anyway.













Here is our living room, the most open and spacious area.














Here I am at our side/main door. I am finishing off a cream cheese danish...it was delicious. That is basically the tour. If you want a real tour, you have to show up at our door.

all by myself

I did it. I completed my veryown picninc table all by myself. It is great for enjoying food in our backyard.
