We had a nice time. Pretty challenging and relaxing. Not as exciting as Europe, but nice. We hope to return.

We heard one run away from us in the water but the trees were so thick we couldn't see it until it was hidden in the trees. We could have waited around, I guess but weren't interested in sitting there in case he came back. ... and trudging through we weren't very observant of things except for what was under our feet. For all we know a Moose and Wolf could have been following us all day! ;-)
Was there a lot of cover out there? Sounds like you needed to take a machete. I think hearing one is still kind of cool. Mom, I have noticed that you tend to use a lot of emotes. I think the internet is getting to you. :o

Those are great pictures. Rach and I will need to make our way up there someday. Unlike Mattie, I am quite jealous.
