Its what we do
Jack is learning that his emotional palette can now be more than two toned. In addition to angry (which includes hungry, tired, cold) and indifferent (which includes sleepy, confused, overwhelmed) we now find that a positive category is starting to emerge.

I can't think of anything funny or interesting, so the compliment alone will have to do for your comment.
Glad to see he's chubbing up like a healthy baby should! Also glad he's beginning a happy category, hopefully that becomes the most common of categories.
