Dad and I got a little political yesterday. Not as much hoopla as when Obama visited, but interesting. Our first political thing ever. I was hoping to throw a little tea into the river, but oh well. No angry chanting, a few signs, lots of people looked like they were out of their comfort zone. ;-)... Here are a couple of pics of people's backs ;-)

Conservative Dutch-Americans never really knew how to throw a good protest. It looks like we voice our dissent much like we dance; standing quietly and listening.
Actually there were some "angry" chants. "Throw them out" was a common theme. However, the event was missing alcohol, illegal drugs and burning cars. That only occurs at Hope/Calvin athletic events and Nascar races.
We were there to save our grandchildren from bailing us all out.
